Spanish/French cuisine. Committed to preserving an old-fashioned kind of service, Los Borrachos restaurant occupies a formal set of dining rooms near the heart of town. Menu items may include a combination platter of hake with lobster, wild boar with wine sauce, filet of beef with a pepper.cognac sauce, roasted pheasant of rabbit, and an asparagus mousse accented with strips of Serrano ham. This restaurant’s name, incidentally, translates as "The Drunkards", taken from trhe characters in a famous Velazquez painting.
