The Cipotegato of Tarazona
Date: On the feast day of St. Atilano, 27 August.
The fiesta begins at midday, when the cipotegato, with harlequin dress, runs out of the town council and is showered with tomatoes. The cipotegato when the town corporation went to the town hall, - which used to be next to the market-, incarnating the people mocking the authorities.
